Petaling Jaya, 15 March 2019 – Malindo Air has introduced Super Saver – a new fare group to target a different tier of market segment. This new fare group allows its passengers to make baggage and meals optional.
Super Saver is available for both Economy Class in Boeing flights and ATR flights. During the booking process, the options of Super Saver, Value, Flexi and Business will be reflected, for flights departing from KLIA; whereas, for ATR flights, options of Super Saver, Value and Shuttle/Flexi will be shown for selection.
Chandran Rama Muthy, CEO of Malindo Air said, “Due to the demand from our passengers and travel trade partners, hence, we are introducing this new fare group. This will be an option that suits light travellers who do not travel with baggage nor require meal on-board.”

Moving forward, we aim to stay customer centric and make it a better flying experience every time when you fly with us.” he added.
Splendid 6 Anniversary Sales campaign has kicked start with splendid offers to all destinations across Malindo Air’s network. Booking is now available on Malindo Air website www.malindoair.com, ticketing offices, customer care centre and its preferred travel agents. For those who purchase their tickets during Matta Fair in PWTC this 15 to 17 March, they will stand a chance to win awesome prizes at Linkway (L24-25) booth. In addition to this, there will be more perks for Malindo Miles members.
Passengers who have made their booking before 15 March 2019 and flying on or after 15 March 2019, under Value fare classes but have now fall under Super Saver fare classes, the airline will honor the original baggage allowance and meal/snack entitlement, as reflected on their flight itinerary.
