Online Kathmandu joins the tourism fraternity in Nepal to regret the demise of the former president of the Hotel Association of Nepal (HAN) Amar Man Shakya who passed away recently due to the Covid-19 infection.

 

Mr. Shakya, 72, was the owner of Amar Hotel in Tahachal, Kathmandu.

He had a significant contribution to the development of the hotel and tourism industry. As an advocate of industrial-friendly environment within the industry, he was an efficient manager, a friendly personality and a competent contributor to the tourism industry.
